Standard Debris Trap
When used with a
Pumping Attachment and filter, the Debris Trap prevents large
particulates from entering the manifold body and vacuum pumps. An
additional port is also available on the Debris Trap, which allows
the addition of another rare gas attachment.

Debris Trap With 3rd
Gas Port
The Standard Debris Trap is also available with a 3rd
Gas Port and looks similar to the SVP-12 configuration shown
Here.
However, the SVP-20 Debris Trap with 3rd Gas Port is
made with larger diameter tubing for a faster pumping speed
|

Debris/Vent Trap With 0-20mm Isolation Stopcock
This component
provides the same benefits as the Standard Debris Trap. The
addition of the 0-20mm Isolation Stopcock and separate air vent
stopcock allows the main manifold body to be isolated while
connecting units for processing. It is most useful by adding one
to each side of the manifold for alternate side to side pumping.

Double Fixed Arm Pumping Attachment
The Double Fixed Arm
Pumping Attachment provides a fast, high vacuum connection of 1 or 2
units to the manifold for processing.
All Pumping
Attachments use our #7 Threaded Glass Compression O-Ring Connectors
for connecting 5mm or 6mm tubulation to the manifold. The high
vacuum connection eliminates the need for welding the tubulation to
the manifold. Each Pumping Attachment is supplied with SVP’s special
Heat Resistant compression caps, which allows the tipping torch to
be used in close proximity to the cap without melting it.

Double Swivel Arm
Pumping Attachment With 0-20mm Roughing Pump Stopcock
This component is used in conjunction with a Debris/Vent Trap With
Isolation Stopcock. The Roughing Pump Stopcock is connected to a
separate mechanical vacuum pump. It is used while processing and for
rough pumping the unit(s) immediately following bombarding. This
allows the main manifold section to remain under vacuum while
processing, thereby keeping it cleaner longer and providing a better
ultimate vacuum |

Double Swivel Arm Pumping Attachment
The Double Swivel
Arm Pumping Attachment for the SVP-20 looks similar to the SVP-12
configuration shown
Here.
However, the SVP-20 unit is made with larger diameter tubing for a
faster pumping speed.
The Double
Swivel Arm Pumping Attachment provides a fast, high vacuum
connection of 1 or 2 units to the manifold for processing. The
integration of O-ring sealed ball and socket joints into the
design allows the arms to move up and down more than 90° and side
to side approximately 30°, which makes
alignment with the tubulation easier.

Vacuum Gauge Stopcock
The Vacuum Gauge
Stopcock is required whenever a high vacuum gauge is used. A standard
⅛” NPT vacuum gauge tube (sensor) connects to the stopcock assembly
with a proprietary Threaded Glass Compression O-Ring Connector,
making a high vacuum connection. The stopcock allows the vacuum gauge
tube to be isolated from the manifold while bombarding, as well as
protecting the gauge tube from the influx of debris and contaminants,
which are a normal result of the processing procedure.
