SVP NEON EQUIPMENT
LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY
EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2005

SVP Neon Equipment (hereinafter SVP) warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials as follows:

Warranty is based on use by qualified personnel, fully trained in the use of such equipment, materials, supplies and hardware and is limited to repair or replacement only. Claims made against this warranty must be made in writing and the merchandise in question delivered to SVP within thirty (30) days of claimed defect. Upon receipt of written claim and merchandise SVP will, at its option, inspect, test, verify or otherwise scrutinize that the merchandise in question is, in fact, defective and at its option, repair or replace defective merchandise at no cost to the original purchaser (other than freight, shipping and/or transportation expenses as stated below), that merchandise found to be defective by SVP under normal use. In the event SVP finds the merchandise in question to have been misused, or used by unqualified personnel, voids the warranty. Any and all freight, shipping and/or transportation expenses shall be the sole responsibility of the claimant.

SVP, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR EXTRAORDINARY LOSS OR DAMAGE WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, FACILITIES, OTHER EQUIPMENT, OR LOSS OF CLAIMS BY BUYER'S CUSTOMERS, BY BREACH OF WARRANTY.

This warranty is exclusive. No other warranty, including any previous warranty, whether express or implied, oral or written, or warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or any other matter, exists with the sale of these products.

MANIFOLDS
GLASSWARE: One (1) year from date of purchase.
STOPCOCK PLUGS: Ninety (90) days from date of purchase.
THREADED CONNECTOR CAPS: Ninety (90) days from date of purchase.
O-RINGS: Ninety (90) days from date of purchase.
RARE GAS CANISTER: Six (6) months from date of purchase for contamination of an unused canister.
GAS TRANSFER VALVE: One (1) year from date of purchase.
MISC. HARDWARE (Other than the items previously listed): Ninety (90) days from date of purchase.

DIFFUSION PUMPS
GLASSWARE: One (1) year from date of purchase.
STOPCOCK PLUGS (when applicable): Ninety (90) days from date of purchase.
THREADED CONNECTOR CAPS: Ninety (90) days from date of purchase.
O-RINGS: Ninety (90) days from date of purchase.
HEATER: One (1) year from date of purchase.
HEATER CONTROL: One (1) year from date of purchase.
COOLING FAN: One (1) year from date of purchase.
MOUNTING HARDWARE: One (1) year from date of purchase.
FLUID: No warranty.

METERS & GAUGES
VACUUM GAUGE HEAD: One (1) year from date of purchase.
GAUGE TUBE: Six (6) months from date of purchase.
MILLIAMMETER: One (1) year from date of purchase.
TEMPERATURE GAUGE HEAD: One (1) year from date of purchase.
TEMPERATURE GAUGE THERMOCOUPLE LEAD ASSEMBLY, COMPLETE: One (1) year from date of purchase.
TEMPERATURE GAUGE CLAMP ASSEMBLY: One (1) year from date of purchase.
TEMPERATURE GAUGE LEAD ONLY (without clamp assembly): One (1) year from date of purchase.

MECHANICAL VACUUM PUMPS
WELCH VACUUM PUMP (all models, new or rebuilt): One (1) year from date of purchase.
MISC. VACUUM PUMP HARDWARE: Ninety (90) days from date of purchase.
OIL: No warranty.

MERCURY HANDLING
REUSABLE MERCURY TRAP GLASSWARE: One (1) year from date of purchase.
COMPRESSION CAPS & O-RINGS, REUSABLE MERCURY TRAP: Ninety (90) days from date of purchase.
MERCURY INJECTOR GLASSWARE: One (1) year from date of purchase.
CONTROL KNOB, MERCURY INJECTOR: Ninety (90) days from date of purchase.
FLEXIBLE INSERTION TUBE (Teflon needle): Ninety (90) days from date of purchase.

MISCELLANEOUS PRODUCTS
GRIFFIN TUBING CUTTER: One (1) year from date of purchase excluding cutting wheel.
CUTTING WHEEL: Ninety (90) days from date of purchase.
